app1 Terms & Conditions — Rules, Rights, and Platform Policies

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the app1 website, mobile-browser interface, and all associated services operated under the domain app1.vu.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on app1.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account pursuant to a specific offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be bet through before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which app1 verifies a Player's identity, age, and payment details.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the reference time zone for all platform operations, offer expiry times, and support availability windows.

To be eligible to register and use the app1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by app1 for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or proxy for another person with respect to your Account activity.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or undue influence.

app1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by app1 may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held in the Account.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the app1 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must notify app1 promptly if any registered information changes. app1 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep Account information current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of who actually performed it — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact app1 Support immediately via live chat.

app1 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your Account data in transit. However, you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you accept responsibility for maintaining secure access to your own devices and email accounts.

app1 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Players located in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may vary by method and are published in the Payments section of the Platform.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party payment is strictly prohibited. app1 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method that does not match the name on your registered Account and to withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Wallet within five minutes. During periods of high transaction volume, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within an average of 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal conditions: Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Currency: All transactions on app1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). app1 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

app1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. These checks are conducted to protect Players from fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process.

app1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all app1 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds in your Wallet. Real Money Funds are used in bets first; Bonus Funds are applied thereafter unless the offer specifies otherwise.
• Standard Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Specific offers may carry different Wagering Requirements — always check the individual offer page.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused Bonus Funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• app1 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not be affected by mid-campaign changes.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting errors in bonus configurations, or coordinating bet patterns to fulfil Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

All sports bets placed on app1 are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply to all markets:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation on screen or via your bet slip. app1 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed at odds that were published in error.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play betting: In-play odds are updated in real time and may fluctuate significantly within seconds. app1 is not responsible for bets accepted during a brief odds suspension window caused by technical latency on the Player's connection.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled before it commences, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet. If an event commences and is subsequently abandoned or postponed, settlement rules specific to that sport will apply.
• Cricket and BPL specific rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, a minimum of the number of overs specified in the relevant market description must be completed for bets to stand. Reduced-over matches due to weather are settled on the amended result.

app1 monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match-fixing, insider knowledge, or coordinated account activity. Any Account identified as engaging in such activity will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. Winnings derived from any bet placed on the basis of insider or non-public information are subject to forfeiture.

All casino games available on app1 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each game operates under the rules published by its respective provider. app1 does not modify game mechanics, payout percentages, or random number generation systems.

app1 games use independently audited certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the individual game provider and are disclosed within the game's information panel. app1 makes no guarantee that any individual Player will achieve the stated RTP percentage within any session, as RTP is a long-run statistical average.

• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection mid-round, the game will be resolved automatically when connection is restored, using the server-side game state recorded at the time of disconnection. If the game state cannot be recovered, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Progressive jackpots are seeded and paid out in accordance with the individual game provider's rules. app1 is not liable for jackpot payouts that are delayed due to third-party provider processing times.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) filmed in a live studio environment. Streams are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Connection quality may vary depending on your mobile data speed.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or Account credentials.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, sportsbook odds, or bonus systems through technical exploits, software bots, artificial intelligence tools, or coordinated multi-account activity.
• Placing bets based on insider information or in coordination with other parties in a manner that constitutes match-fixing or arbitrage abuse.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of funds connected to illegal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, deposit reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes after using the deposited funds for betting or gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing app1 Support staff or other Players via any communication channel.

app1 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor Account behaviour continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily restricted pending manual review. Players who believe their Account has been incorrectly restricted should contact Support via live chat.

app1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under app1's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A mandatory self-exclusion order received from a regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting Support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours (BST). Players who self-exclude via the Responsible Gaming tools in their Account settings are subject to a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days before reinstatement may be requested.

app1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. In accordance with this commitment, the following tools and policies are in place for all registered Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. When a loss limit is reached, further betting and gaming is suspended for the remainder of the relevant period.
• Session reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that display an on-screen notification at a chosen interval to encourage awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players may self-exclude for a minimum period of 30 days, up to a maximum of 5 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked and no bonuses or promotional materials are sent. Re-activation after temporary exclusion requires a formal request to Support and a 24-hour reflection period.

app1 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any Account found to belong to a Player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source. We encourage all adults to use parental controls on shared devices to prevent access by minors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, app1 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or third-party system outages.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, market data, or game information caused by third-party data feed errors, provided that app1 takes reasonable steps to correct such inaccuracies promptly upon becoming aware of them.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if app1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes app1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

app1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, app1 will notify registered Players via email and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact Support to close your Account. Any bets or games in progress at the time the new Terms take effect will be settled under the Terms that were in force when the bet was placed.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at app1.vu/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date at the top of this document identify which version is currently in force. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any offer-specific bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and app1 with respect to your use of the Platform. No verbal representations, prior agreements, or informal communications shall have any legal effect.
